It’s been a long journey as we’ve stood up Duha – writing and publishing 1% Leadership, launching our consulting services, and evaluating how to democratize leadership development. We fundamentally believe that leadership training is too often restricted to people who’ve already had long careers, rather than making it more available to everyone, everywhere. We’re really excited to announce the launch of the Duha One newsletter, which contains short, pithy advice on leadership.
